CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

We offer many different styles of yoga, we encourage you to try them all!

NOON ESCAPE
Your afternoon latte/coffee pick me up! 
Take your lunch break and come flow hatha style.  Tea time to follow, indulge in our flavor of the month!

THE RELEASE
Relax, Rejuvenate, clear your mind and stretch your connective tissues to free your joints,
a total make-over from the inside out! Release Your Joints and the Tightness!
 
ASHTANGA FLOW
A challenging flow that focuses on alignment and synchronizing your breath with a progressive series of postures.
 

P.S "POWER SWEAT"

A Power Flow Class, where you will build strength, combining breath with movement, let the sweat drip! p.s we guarantee you will sweat, be sure to bring a towel!

SOME LIKE IT HOT Our Trademark Flow
A combination of challenging Yoga postures, a flow, exploring a variety of postures. This Series is designed to bring a balance of strength and flexibility to the body while calming the mind and nervous system. The class will offer modifications to both intensify and to simplify each posture to allow YOU to choose what will truly serve and benefit you in each class.

THE SYCHRONIZER
Focus on Alignment and Balance.  A breath-sychronized Flow. Flow through a variety of postures, re-energize yourself and step through the fire!

THE DETOX 

Detox through breath and sweat as you rinse, twist and release toxins. Cleanse from the inside out.
This Series will produce intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.  You will leave feeling light & purified. We promise!
 
YOGI BEAR 1
Young Yogis come and play and intertwine through yoga postures (suggested ages 3-6 ) don’t forget to bring their teddy or favorite toy!

YOGI BEAR 2
Young Yogis come and play and intertwine through yoga postures (suggested ages 6-10 ) don’t forget to bring their teddy or favorite toy!

M & M (mommy & me)
For new Mommies & their babies! Stretches to increase abdominal and back strength and get you back into your practice!  Connect with your baby, baby play and baby stretches!

MTB (mom to be)
A prenatal Yoga class designed just for you and your baby to be!  Poses to help your labor go smoothly, take the stress off your back, make you feel at ease, specific yoga postures, breathing techniques & meditation.  No prior experience required.

R & R (rest & relaxation)
Relax, with the candle light, using props to support the body through yoga postures, allow for deep muscle relaxation, releasing the body of tension, class may result in zzzzzz.

SWEET SIXTEEN (yoga for teens)
An intro to Yoga for tweens, learning  to combine breath with movement (suggested age 10-16).

TGIF RELAX
Our - Thank Goodness it’s Friday Stretch class! 
Join us at the end your week for a relaxation flow, we promise this flow will wind down your mind & body.

WISDOM STRETCH
Yoga for 55+ a stretch series for the young at heart. This gentile series will release tension from within, relaxing the mind and body. (45 minutes)

THE GREATER GOOD
Our New Teacher Class, the class fee is by donation. All proceeds will go to Charity.

* All Classes are 60 minutes unless specified.
* All Classes are all levels, unless specified.
* DJ Class, classes with a Live DJ!
